OUR SCHOOL DAY

Start: 8:55am

Finish: 3:20pm

Lunch: 12.10-12.40pm (primary)

            12.40pm-1.10pm (secondary)

On arrival at school please bring your child to the front door where a member of staff will be there to guide them to their classroom. The car park is very busy in the mornings and afternoon as a lot of pupils travel on Local Authority transport, some of which are large buses.

The same system is followed in the afternoon. When you arrive to pick up your child please go to the main entrance where a senior member of staff will be. Please let them know who you are picking up, they will call for them and your child will be brought to you outside the main door.

TRANSPORT

Daily transport to school is arranged through Warwickshire County Council and not by the school. Many different vehicles are used and have at least one escort who accompanies pupils to school. The school has no influence or accountability for transport and is not responsible in any way for decisions on place allocation. If you think you may be entitled to receive help with transporting your child to and from school or you have any queries please contact Warwickshire County Council Transport Department on 01926 414165.

ABSENCE

We ask families to inform the school on Dojo or by telephone if they know in advance that their child is going to be away (medical appointments, family circumstances etc). We also request that families inform the school of any reason for absence, by Dojo or telephone, on each day of illness by 9.30am.
