We think Welcombe Hills is an incredible special school. We provide a nurturing and stimulating educational environment for children and young people aged between 3 and 19 years with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.

We often need additional classroom support from Teaching Assistants to cover staff absence, often at short notice, and we are currently looking for Bank Staff to join our dedicated team. This is a flexible role which enables you to choose your availability to fit around other commitments. It gives you the opportunity to see what it is like working at Welcombe Hills and gain some experience. Many of our bank staff go on to secure posts as full time Teaching Assistants.

Hours and Pay:

Ad Hoc hours. £13.67 hour

Whole day is usually 9.00 – 3.30 and half day 9.00-12.30pm or 12.00 – 3.30pm, but there is some flexibility within this.
