Admissions
All our pupils have a statement of Special Educational Need and admission is made in consultation with Warwickshire Assessment, Statementing and Review Service.
Transport
Daily transport to school is arranged through Warwickshire County Council and not by the school. Many different vehicles are used and have at least 1 escort who accompanies the pupils to school. Our School day.....
School starts at 9:00am and finishes at 3:20pm. Lunch is from 1:.00pm until 12:30pm for Primary pupils and 12:30pm until 1:00 pm for Secondary pupils.
The Specialist Nursery has a morning and afternoon session. The morning session is from 9:00am until 11.30am and the afternoon session runs from 12:45pm until 3:15pm.

You can buy from the shop or if you telephone them they will deliver the uniform to school to go home with your child.
- Navy blue sweatshirt with the school logo
- Navy blue, grey or black trousers/skirt
- (Navy/grey/black joggers can be worn for smaller chilldren who struggle with fasteners)
- White shirt/blouse or polo shirt
- Blue and white summer dress
- Sensible shoes
- Coat, scarf and gloves for outside play in colder weather
- A back pack
For Sports/PE:
- Shorts
- T Shirt
- Trainers/pumps (for indoor use)
- Tracksuit/hat/gloves (for outside in the winter)
- Spare pair of socks
- Trainers/Football boots (for outside use)
For swimming:
- Swimming costume/trunks
- Towel
For Art and Craft:
For Horse Riding (Key stage 2 pupils):

School Meals
At Welcombe Hills School we have made a commitment to providing a good variety of healthy food to our pupils. Given our healthy schools status we encourage healthy eating in school at all times. Children may bring in a packed lunch or have a hot dinner. There is a choice of menu available and pupils with special dietary needs can be provided for.

£1.85 for Primary (£9.25 a week)
£2.00 for Secondary ( £10 a week)
Please make sure that all dinner money is sent into school in a clearly marked envelope. Please make all cheques payable to 'Welcombe Hills School' and please write your childs name on the back.
