Online Safety Committee

6th Form Online Safety Committee

This year the 6th form has been very busy looking at Online Safety.  On Safer Internet Day 2017 a range of activities took place from working with elderly visitors on how to stay safe on line, designing Internet Profile Pictures and watching videos, to a presentation with the local SPCO, poster designing and the creation of a new committee.  The committee met on 8th Feb and have come up with a range of activities for the different classes in 6th form to take part in and have researched some Logo Ideas for a badge so that students can approach them if they have a concern.  They are going to conduct a survey on who uses what technology and also present how to safe to students.  Next meeting 15 March.
